    It's quite sad actually.

I bet the taste is amazing… but the presentation was a little off for his
usual dishes. The bacon pieces on top of brown strew looks like a raw worm
floating… maybe it's just me but that looks bad. Oh well. Never argue
with a man with a knife.

I never said its nothing to be ashamed of. However, Marco Pierre White was
the most arrogant, disrespectful chef who thought his shit never stunk in
the mid 80s, early 90s said his food was the best and there was no other
competition who also trained Gordon Ramsay and now he's doing this kind of
cooking. It just makes him look so hypocritical. That's all I am saying.

That's lame though. He sold out. :/

I know this but using stock cubes as an amazing chef is just unacceptable.

Actually this man was Gordon Ramsay's mentor and the man who basically gave
birth to Chef Ramsay as we know him. Ramsay can actually be seen as his 22
year old sous chef in Marco Pierre White's show from the 80's.

Eh, he's just shilling for a company for some easy money tossing out easy
home cooking recipes, lots of people do it, its easy money.

Ramsay would fuck this guy up for using stock cube rubbish.

  12. Brandon Chilian November 11, 2013 at 9:21 am Reply

Yeah, why is he using stock cubes so much now? He's supposed to be this
most amazing chef and he's using stock cubes? Really? He just doesn't have
    passion like he used to.

I would have used Guinness Draught (standard Guiness) rather than the
Guinness Foreign Extra which he used because the foreign extra has a very
strong hop flavour and isnt as creamy as Guinness Draught

That's because knorr sponsors these videos. I'm sure he'd much rather use
    his own homemade stock

Could I use any fruit other than prunes? Dates? Pomegranate juice? Orange
    Juice?

Can you lads tell me what kind of juice did he put in the pan after
Guinness? I didn't understand it as he was saying and i am not a native
    speaker, that is why.

I just love watching this guy – Gordon just makes my BP go up but MPW is
classy enough to always say "If you dont like—, don't use, whatever…"

If you have diabetes, it may be a good idea to ditch the beef.
